Job Title: Hotel General Manager

Location: VGC, Ajah - Lagos 

Description

• Responsible for full hotel operations, guest satisfaction, staff discipline, sales growth, cost control, maintenance supervision, cash control, reporting and overall profitability.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years hotel management experience, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B guest service, staff supervision, sales and financial control.
• Must be able to run the hotel like a business, not just supervise staff.
• Strong communication, integrity, discipline, customer-service mindset and ability to meet targets.
• Applicants must be able to show previous achievements, including occupancy growth, revenue growth, cost control, customer-service improvementor corporate account wins.

Remuneration
Attractive and negotiable based on competence, experience and measurable results.
