Job Title: Site Coordinator

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a residential apartment complex in Apapa, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and capable of responding promptly to maintenance and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Monitor and maintain building facilities, equipment, and utilities.
• Manage generator operations, fuel usage, servicing schedules, and basic troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents, handling complaints and service requests.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, security personnel, and other service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain maintenance, inspection, incident, and inventory records.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting, expense tracking, and data management.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of maintenance supplies.

Key Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in residential property or facility management.
• Practical knowledge of generator operation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
• Strong organizational, reporting, communication, and multitasking skills.
