Oilserv Limited was incorporated in 1992 and commenced operations in 1995.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Permit To Work Officer

Location: Bonny, Rivers

Key Deliverables

• Supervise and coordinates the activities relating to daily work permits, develop and approve isolation strategy.
• To ensure that all the jobs are carried out as per operating procedures and standards.
• To carry out risk assessment for critical jobs and job safety analysis for ensuring HSE standards are met

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare all permits to work and sign them off with clients before commencement of work.
• Keep records of all permits on a tracker daily.
• Sign off all closed out permit with clients and file them.
• Report on all running permits to the HSE Lead of the project.
• Participate in job hazard analysis session for each job/task in the project.
• Inspected all permits to be used and ensure all parties have authorized the job to start.
• Support the HSE Lead in carrying out other HSE duties.
• Support HSE Lead in carrying out daily toolbox meetings before work starts.
• Ensure that gas testing is carried out before hot work is done in Zone 1 areas.
• Interface with client on PTW related matters.

Competencies (Skills, Experience, and Knowledge)

• BSc or HND in any discipline.
• HSE Level 3 certificate.
• NLNG certified PTW holder.
• Previous experience as Permit holder in NLNG project.
