Job Title: Digital Strategist & Public Relations (PR) Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Strategist & PR Officer to lead and integrate our digital marketing efforts with our public relations activities.
This is a single, hybrid role responsible for shaping Mshel Homes’ online presence, managing brand reputation, driving digital lead generation, and building strategic media relationships.
The ideal candidate will combine a strong digital marketing mindset with excellent communications and PR skills to elevate the company’s visibility, credibility, and growth within the competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an integrated digital and PR strategy aligned with Mshel Homes’ brand identity, business goals, and target market in the real estate sector
Plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, content marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets across print, digital, and broadcast channels
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media statements, company announcements, and editorial content that enhance the company’s public image
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating compelling, on-brand content that drives engagement, generates leads, and builds community
Serve as the first point of contact for all media enquiries and manage reactive communications during reputational or crisis situations
Optimize the company’s website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility, traffic, and property listing performance
Develop and manage the company’s thought leadership strategy, including securing speaking engagements, interviews, and opinion articles for senior leadership
Implement effective lead generation strategies through digital channels, utilizing CRM tools to track, manage, and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Monitor media coverage, track brand mentions across digital and traditional channels, and prepare regular performance reports for management
Coordinate and manage press conferences, media briefings, property launches, and public-facing events in alignment with digital campaign timelines
Manage the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) communications and community engagement initiatives across digital and traditional platforms
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to track performance across digital and PR campaigns, deriving actionable insights and presenting reports to the Department Manager.
Qualifications
MSc, MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, public relations, or a combined communications role
Experience in the real estate, property development, or financial services sector is an advantage
Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and securing meaningful media coverage
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, MailChimp, and content management systems (CMS)
Proficiency in media monitoring tools, PR platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing strategies
Prior experience handling crisis communications is an advantage.
