Job Title: Operations & Logistics Manager

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee inventory, logistics, order fulfillment, and operational processes.
• The ideal candidate will ensure products are available, orders are processed efficiently, and deliveries are completed on time while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enforce operational SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Confirm customer orders and ensure products are packed and ready for dispatch.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries across Nigeria and other African markets.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues when necessary.
• Prepare regular operational, inventory, and performance reports.
• Use inventory management software and digital tools effectively.
• Identify and implement process improvements to support business growth.
• Capture basic behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos and videos when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 - 6 years' experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Experience using inventory management systems and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.

Preferred:

• Experience in FMCG, food products, healthy snacks, or consumer goods.
• Experience managing logistics and distribution networks.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented.

Compensation
Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
