We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bank Teller

Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join a reputable commercial bank in Abuja.
• The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a Bank Teller and possess excellent cash handling and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other over-the-counter transactions accurately.
• Verify customer identities and ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving basic banking issues.
• Promote the bank's products and services to customers where applicable.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
• Detect and report suspicious transactions in line with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to operational risk and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience as a Bank Teller is mandatory.
• Maximum age: 28 years.
• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₦200,000 monthly
• 13th Month Salary
