Adia Credit is a consumer loan provider in Nigeria that offers consumers an installment payment package on mobile phones that can be obtained in the store within 60 minutes without collateral.

Job Title: Regional Manager (Eastern Region)

About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee operations within the Eastern Region.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing regional teams, strengthening channel partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving performance targets across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, supervision, and management of regional teams to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
• Drive channel development and foster effective cooperation with key stakeholders, partners, and business channels.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve regional sales, operational, and business performance targets.
• Empower, mentor, and develop team members to enhance capability, engagement, and succession readiness.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, ensure compliance with company standards, and provide operational support where necessary.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Review, analyze, and optimize business and operational data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Monitor regional performance metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on regional activities, achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory, team leadership, business development, sales, or operations management role.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively within the Eastern Region.

Salary

• N500,000 per month.
