Job Summary

• A Delivery Assistant supports the delivery operations team by assisting drivers and riders in loading, unloading, sorting, scanning, and delivering parcels safely and efficiently.
• The role helps ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.

• Target: Less than 1% parcel handling errors.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO.

Job Experience:

• 0–2 years experience in logistics, courier services, warehouse operations, or delivery support.
• Experience in parcel handling and customer interaction is an advantage.
• Assist with loading and unloading parcels.
• Sort and arrange packages according to delivery routes.
• Support drivers during deliveries and pickups.
• Verify parcel information before dispatch.
• Obtain proof of delivery from customers.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly labeled parcels.
• Maintain accurate delivery records.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move parcels safely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of local routes and locations is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
