Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

• The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• This role involves monitoring, inspecting, and testing products, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and tests on products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify defects or deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements related to quality.
• Monitor supplier and vendor quality standards where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in quality control, assurance, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N130,000 / month.
