Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (Private Security)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of a leading private security company.
• The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality service delivery, manage large-scale security operations, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations across multiple client locations.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Lead manpower planning, deployment, training, performance management, and staff welfare.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, health and safety, and company requirements.
• Manage operational risks, incident response, business continuity, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with executive management on business strategy, budgeting, and operational performance.
• Prepare periodic operational and performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Criminology, Law, Risk Management, or a related field. A master's degree or professional security certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
• Proven experience in private security, military, police, paramilitary, corporate security, or large-scale operations.
• Strong leadership, operational planning, client management, and regulatory compliance experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Salary
 N1,200,000 – N1,500,000 per month
