Job Description

• We are seeking confident, persuasive, and target-driven Marketing Executives to support customer acquisition, vendor onboarding, app sign-ups, and business growth.
• The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable engaging with customers, vendors, and business owners. The role requires someone who can promote the organization's services, drive awareness, support app adoption, and contribute to the company’s customer and vendor growth objectives while meeting target.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote products and services to customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Drive app downloads, customer sign-ups, and active usage.
• Identify, approach, and onboard vendors, merchants, and service providers.
• Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, community engagement, and direct sales activities.
• Explain the company’s value proposition clearly to prospects and customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active users or partners.
• Meet weekly and monthly marketing, sales, onboarding, and activation targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, customer feedback, and market activities.
• Represent the company professionally during field engagements, activations, and marketing activities.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities, customer responses, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, or equivalent qualification with 1 year experience
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer acquisition, field sales, or business development is an added advantage.
• Must have good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Must be confident, presentable, proactive, and target-driven.
• Must be comfortable with field marketing and direct customer engagement.
• Must be able to usebasic digital tools.
• Must be willing to work with targets and performance-based commission.
• Experience in app marketing, logistics, delivery services, FMCG, vendor onboarding, or marketplace platforms is an added advantage.
