We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Engineering Lead 

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with corporate objectives, asset development plans, and project requirements.
• Manage the complete engineering lifecycle, including concept selection, FEED, detailed engineering design, and as-built documentation.
• Prepare and manage engineering execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership across all engineering disciplines, including process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and civil/structural engineering.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards (API, ASME, ISO) and regulatory requirements (NUPRC, NMDPRA).
• Lead technical reviews, including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, constructability, and technical assurance processes to ensure asset integrity and operational reliability.
• Coordinate subject matter experts (SMEs), technical authorities, and project teams to support successful project delivery and execution.
• Manage engineering documentation, quality assurance processes, risk identification, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and control engineering budgets, monitor expenditures, evaluate change requests, and provide regular financial and progress reports to senior management.
• Participate in contractor prequalification, bid evaluation, contract awards, and oversee engineering contractors while ensuring compliance with the Nigerian Local Content Act.

Salary
N1,500,000 - N3,000,000 per month.
