We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and convert new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective sales and client engagement activities for our client in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
  • Engage prospective clients and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and convert leads into active clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track sales activities and prepare periodic performance reports.
  • Coordinate client onboarding and contract execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead generation and conversion rate.
  • Revenue and sales target achievement.
  • Client acquisition and retention.
  • Proposal-to-deal conversion rate.
  • Timeliness and quality of reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be available for immediate resumption.

Availability:

  • Immediate Resumption Required.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
