Job Title: Sales & Growth Manager

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking an ambitious, commercially drive and results-oriented Sales & Growth Manager with proven experience in the Private Security Industry to drive revenue growth, expand our client portfolio and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the Company’s revenue and growth targets 
  • Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across target industries 
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and strategic partnerships
  • Secure new contracts for man-guarding, executive protection, patrol services, CCTV Surveillance, access control and other security solutions 
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

Business Development:

  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and present tailored security solutions and proposals to prospective clients 
  • Lead contract negotiations and support the successful onboarding of new clients
  • Represent the Company at exhibitions, networking events, industry conferences and business meetings 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
  • Conduct regular client engagement meetings and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and coordinate with Operations to deliver excellent service
  • Drive contract renewals and improve client retention

Strategic Growth:

  • Work closely with Management to develop growth initiatives and expansion strategies 
  • Identify opportunities for new service offerings and market diversification 
  • Contribute to the Company’s annual business planning and sales forecasting
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory development and competitive activities

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR and Administration teams to ensure seamless mobilization and service delivery
  • Support the preparations of tenders, bids and Requests for Proposal (RFP)
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline performance, revenue generation and market intelligence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Criminology or a related discipline 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development or account management 
  • At least, 2 years’ experience within the private security industry 
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills 
  • Strong business development and networking abilities
  • High competency in relationship management and customer service orientation
