We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Officer

Location: Zaria, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-tim
Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary

• The Factory Officer will coordinate daily production activities, ensuring efficient operations, quality output, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory and production operations.
• Monitor production schedules and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures.
• Coordinate production staff to achieve daily targets.
• Monitor machine performance and report maintenance needs.
• Prepare production and operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Agriculture, Production Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in manufacturing, food processing, grain processing, FMCG production, agro-processing, or factory operations.
• Strong leadership and production planning skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
