While it is clear he needed help from an expert for a few days, he didn’t get one. What contributed to the bad experience include lack of online platforms within the region with an end-to-end process for employing remote manpower in a flexible and safe manner..

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Heavy Duty Diesel Engineer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Service Manager will be responsible for servicing and maintenance of our existing customers’ generators. Load Audit/Site inspection/preparation of estimates both for Installation,
• He should be able to independently handle repair and overhauling jobs.
• He will handle the branch Service Warranty issues, and also carry out PDI of all generator stock at the branch before leaving to customers’ site.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: HND / B.Sc Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Strong experience and understanding of heavy duty generators (1000-4000kva diesel gen)CAT and its likes
• Experience:3-5 years-experience in similar role. (Must have led a team that handles diesel generator repair overhauling).
• Technical Proficiency:Ability to repair, service and overhaul engines of different capacities. Must be able to drive vehicle of both manual and automatic transmission.
• Added Advantage:Previous experience with solar solutions, and ability
• Soft Skills:Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
• Clear Success Criteria at 90 days:He will ensure real time job card closure within 7 days as per company policy or show reason for extension, then drive the branch expected revenue.
