Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive property sales.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, optimizing online presence, and using analytics to improve marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital channels.
• Manage the company's website and ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Create and manage content calendars for social media, email marketing, blogs, and property listings.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Produce compelling marketing content, including graphics, videos, and property copy.
• Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation.
• Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Search Console.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Maintain and optimize CRM and lead management processes.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate, property development, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), SEO, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms and lead generation campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience marketing residential or commercial real estate projects.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
• Basic photography, videography, or drone content experience is an added advantage.
