Job Title: Marketing and Communications Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager who understands how premium brands speak and how to deal with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
• This role sits at the intersection of brand management, business development, and client experience. You will own how Five28 is perceived across every touchpoint—from client conversations and proposals to our digital presence and public relations.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Positioning:

• Own and strengthen Five28’s brand positioning as a premium interior design and property development company.
• Ensure all brand communications consistently reflect Five28’s premium standards.
• Maintain strict brand consistency across pitch decks, business proposals, presentations, and social media platforms.

HNI & Client-Facing Communication:

• Develop and execute sophisticated communication strategies tailored specifically to HNI and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNI) audiences.
• Handle high-level pitches and presentations directly to clients.
• Review and refine written and visual communication to match the expectations of corporate executives and premium clients.
• Understand client psychology deeply and adapt messaging accordingly.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Design and execute a clear marketing strategy aligned with overall business growth goals.
• Oversee our complete digital presence—including social media, website content, newsletters, and targeted campaigns—ensuring quality standards are upheld.
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager to translate interior design and property projects into compelling brand stories and detailed case studies.

Public Relations & Partnerships:

• Manage PR opportunities, brand features, industry collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry stakeholders, and relevant premium platforms.
• Oversee brand reputation management when needed.

Team & Vendor Management:

• Coordinate external creative vendors, including photographers, videographers, and content creators.
• Review and approve all social media content to ensure it meets Five28's aesthetic standards before publication.
• Mentor junior team members and align external partners with the brand's vision.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) certification is an added advantage.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably within luxury, real estate, design, lifestyle, or premium service industries.
• Client Mastery: Proven experience communicating with HNI or corporate executive-level clients, with a strong understanding of brand tone, discretion, and premium client experience.
• Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a sharp eye for visual and structural details.
