Job Title: General Maintenance Technician

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a versatile and reliable General Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and minor installation tasks across our facility.
• The ideal candidate is a practical problem-solver capable of handling routine maintenance activities independently while ensuring the workplace remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building fixtures, furniture, and equipment, including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture, equipment, and office spaces for events or reconfigurations.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks such as painting, assembling equipment, and minor landscaping.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and monitor work quality.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance tools and supplies and report replenishment needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in general maintenance, facility maintenance, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is an advantage.
