Job Title: DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) Specialist

Location: Akwa Ibom

Job Summary

• Are you an experienced DCIM Specialist with a strong background in data center infrastructure, monitoring systems, and enterprise IT environments? We are looking for a highly skilled professional to deploy, configure, and support DCIM solutions that optimize data center operations and ensure high availability of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain DCIM software and environmental monitoring systems.
• Configure SNMP, Modbus, and network management devices for data collection.
• Troubleshoot DCIM applications, communication protocols, and infrastructure issues.
• Conduct data center audits, surveys, and asset verification.
• Support infrastructure projects and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Deliver user training and contribute to continuous product and service improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience supporting DCIM solutions within complex data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, network switches, UPS, PDUs, cooling systems, and structured cabling.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, VLANs, SNMP, Modbus, VMware ESXi, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Basic Linux administration skills and excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer support skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
