Metrocape Development, a subsidiary of Metro Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our Real Estate division. You will be responsible for promoting and selling both off-plan and completed properties, generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to consistently meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through digital and offline channels.
• Present and promote company properties to prospective clients.
• Conduct property inspections and site tours.
• Manage client relationships from inquiry to closing.
• Negotiate terms and close property sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design team on promotional materials.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and support clients through the closing process.

Requirements

• BSc in Marketing, social science or any other related field.
• 3-5 years sales experience in real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills.
• Basic digital marketing and lead generation knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
