Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As the Facility Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s facilities, equipment, and operational environment to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with required standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility maintenance activities, installations, and renovations across the organization
• Supervise facilities staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery
• Monitor equipment, utilities, and facility operations while ensuring health and safety compliance
• Manage fleet operations, staff accommodation, and building-related activities
• Prepare maintenance reports and forecast facility requirements and operational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facility Officer or in a related role
• HSE certification is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, risk management, and maintenance processes
• Good analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.

Salary
Open to Negotiation.
