A1 View properties Limited is a real estate firm and also a subsidary of DARS group of companies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly at all times.
• Transport staff, management, clients, and visitors as assigned.
• Deliver and collect official documents, parcels, and other company items.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after use.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly maintained.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Schedule routine servicing and maintenance when due.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, mileage records, fuel records, and trip reports.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, insurance, licenses, and permits remain valid and up to date.
• Obey all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading items when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations and executive movements.
• Respond promptly to transportation requests and emergencies.
• Support other administrative duties as assigned by management.

• Vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
• Compliance with traffic regulations.
• Fuel efficiency and proper record keeping.
• Customer and staff satisfaction.
• Zero avoidable accidents or traffic violations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent.
• Valid Nigerian Driver's License.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Abuja roads and surrounding areas (or applicable location).
• Defensive driving certification is an added advantage.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / month.
