The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and expand the company's customer base.
The role involves leading the sales team, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of the company's sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase property sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, corporate organizations, and business partners.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media platforms.
Oversee property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
Review and approve marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for management.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate high-value sales agreements and partnerships.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate members of the sales and marketing team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experiencein sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
A professional certification in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 per month.
