We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Promote all the bank's products and services, including:
  • Savings Accounts
  • Current Accounts
  • Fixed Deposits
  • Loan Products
  • Investment Products
  • Digital Banking Services
  • Agency Banking Services
• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and financial literacy sessions for prospective customers.
• Source new customers and facilitate account opening.
• Assist customers in completing account opening and KYC documentation.
• Ensure all customer information is accurate and complete.
• Educate customers on available banking products and services.
• Mobilize savings and fixed deposits from individuals, SMEs, associations, cooperatives, and corporate clients.
• Build long-term relationships that encourage consistent savings and investments.
• Promote deposit growth within assigned markets.
• source qualified loan customers.
• Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
• Conduct preliminary customer assessments and business visits.
• Follow up on loan processing until disbursement.
• Monitor customer repayment performance and maintain portfolio quality.
• Carry out daily cash pick-up from assigned customers where applicable.
• Ensure all collections are properly documented and remitted promptly.
• Maintain accurate reconciliation of all collections.
• Adhere strictly to the bank's cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 0 - 2 years experience.
