They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Secretary to the MD

Location: Ebute Metta, Yaba - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Our client desires to urgently recruit a competent Female Secretary to the Managing Director in their Lagos head office.

Responsibilities

• Attending to Incoming / Outgoing mails.
• Clearing procedures updates.
• Managing clearing agents.
• Following up on containers.
• Managing foreign exchange invoices.
• Recording of minutes of meetings.
• Scheduling MD's meetings and programs.
• Managinglogistics bookings and arrangements.
• Filing and documentation.
• Use of internet for information gathering and research.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / BA / HND in Secretarial Studies / Administration or Office Technology and Management.
• At least 3 years post-NYSC Secretarial work experience from a trading/importation company.

Other Conditions:

• Versatile with importation, clearing documentation.
• She must be very hardworking with high level of integrity.
• Extensive knowledge of Secretarial Administration.
• Ideal candidates should be internet-compliant.
• Must age below 35years.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
