They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Business Development

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Head of Business Development, you will be a key driver of our client's growth strategy. You will lead the identification of new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and spearhead the expansion of our B2B and B2C portfolios.
  • Your primary goal is to increase profitable new business by refining our client market approach and managing high-level relationships with corporate clients and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with client's mission to be a leading provider of internet solutions.
  • Partnership Management: Identify, source, and maintain key strategic partnerships and agency relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Expansion: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify underserved areas and emerging trends in the ISP landscape.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing business development team, providing mentorship and setting clear KPIs to achieve organizational targets.
  • Consultative Sales: Drive the sales process for high-value B2B accounts, offering tailored fiber and radio solutions to meet complex business needs.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Present budgets and growth forecasts for board approval, ensuring all activities maintain the company's reputation for quality and transparency.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years in Business Development or Sales Leadership, preferably within the ISP, Telecommunications, or ICT sectors.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling organizations, driving measurable revenue outcomes, and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Mindset: A consultative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
