Job Title: Revenue Analyst (Cross-Vertical)

Job Summary

• We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Revenue Analyst to turn complex revenue data into clear, decision-ready insights.
• This role will own revenue reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple business verticals, ensuring leadership has the information needed to make confident strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and reconcile revenue across multiple business units into a single source of truth.
• Build and maintain revenue models, forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights on revenue, occupancy, margins, and utilisation.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and track market performance trends.
• Develop pricing recommendations and revenue optimisation strategies.
• Identify variances, anomalies, and emerging risks, escalating issues proactively.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
• Lead revenue forecasting and financial planning for revenue-generating activities and partnerships.
• Analyse vendor and commercial agreements, including rent-versus-commission models and profitability assessments.
• Support the development of financial controls, approval processes, and revenue governance frameworks.
• Ensure all revenue data is accurate, traceable, and supported by strong audit trails.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue analysis, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working across multiple business models or industries is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and financial modelling.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, reconciliation, and scenario-planning skills.
• Experience building dashboards and translating data into commercial insights.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, unit economics, and revenue management principles.
• Experience with internal controls, audit processes, and financial governance frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 monthly (Open to negotiation).
