Job Title: Tik-Tok Live Content Creator

Job Summary

• The Live Stream Host is responsible for presenting the company's products through engaging live broadcasts, interacting with audiences, generating qualified sales leads, and driving product sales across TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other live streaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Product Presentation:

• Host live streaming sessions to introduce the company's renewable energy products, including solar systems, inverters, energy storage solutions, portable power stations, and EV chargers.
• Explain product features, applications, pricing, financing options, and customer benefits.
• Demonstrate products in a professional and engaging manner.

Audience Engagement:

• Interact with viewers throughout the live stream.
• Answer customer questions in real time.
• Encourage viewers to follow the account, share the live stream, and contact the sales team via WhatsApp.
• Maintain a high-energy and professional presentation style.

Sales Support:

• Promote campaigns and special offers.
• Generate qualified customer inquiries.
• Support the sales team in increasing conversion rates.

Preparation:

• Participate in product training.
• Rehearse live stream scripts.
• Prepare products before each session.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Fluent English.
• Positive personality with strong customer service skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in live commerce, retail sales, or product demonstrations.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics or renewable energy products.
