We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: PSV and Valves Technician

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• In charge of carrying out Preventive and curative maintenance on PSV.
• Ensures the expertise, tests (pre-pop test, pop test, Kellog test), refurbishment.
• Follow the Inspection program provided, review the planning by considering the units availabilities.
• Defines the required spare parts for each work, by adding them on dedicated Work orders.
• Review following subject to make optimization proposal: 
  • Stock management, MRP parameters review, spare position (onshore or offshore),
  • Database, like functional locations, links between spares and functional location, error correction if there is. 
• Documentation (Master data list management, Recertification tracker follow up).
• Ensures proper planning, scheduling, and execution of PSVs maintenance considering impact on production or other constraints.
• Daily activities report to team coordinator.
• Ensure that company’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during preparation of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility.
• Warns supports teams of availability or quality of spare parts. 
• Keeps track of any backlog of work in his area of responsibility and suggests corrective measures to reduce backlog.

Requirements

• Person with skills and knowledge concerning the PSVs, with at least 10 years of experience on mechanical positions.
• Knowledge in dismantling, machining, lapping and all activities linked to PSV maintenance.
• Able to express himself in English.
• Knowledge with informatics tools like Word, Excel, and SAP.
