We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Designer Architect (Furnitures)

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed design drawings.
• Prepare presentation materials, 3D visualizations, and design proposals for clients.
• Produce architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design integration.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
• Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project needs.
• Assist in material selection, space planning, and interior/exterior design coordination.
• Prepare project documentation and support design presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
