We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for project and operations management, with support necessary to ensure that proposals and tender submissions are successfully met
• Provide requested information, prepare proposal, business requirement documents for each potential service
• Work alongside the GM in responding to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company’s Services; this should be done in a timely fashion
• Monitor training Coordination
• Maintain a database of CVs towards new/future Project needs
• Follow up on Material requirements with the Procurement Department or Mission requirement with Operation Assistant
• Prepare pro forma invoicing to Client and follow up with Finance on invoices and JPCs
• Coordinate formal periodic project review meetings with the General Manager
• Prepare Pro-forma invoicing to Client
• Continuously and actively engage in learning and development activities to improve competence in functional areas via formal training, on-the-job training, self-learning and e-learning.
• Project budget responsibility.
• Will have clear KPIs which will have a value to it.

Requirements

• Possess a B.Eng from an Accredited University 
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with an Oil & Gas Operator or Service Company in Operations and Maintenance.
• Previous experience in process industry/instrumentation 
• Possession of additional professional qualifications will be an advantage.
