We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: GRA, Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • The successful candidate will manage front office operations, handle inquiries, coordinate appointments, and provide administrative support while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical duties.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Support the sales and administrative teams when required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Escalate customer complaints where necessary.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Customer Service Officer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
