Job Title: Senior Executive – Video Producer & Editor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, produce, and edit high-quality video content for digital, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop compelling visual stories that align with client and brand objectives.
• Collaborate with the Creative, Strategy, and Client Service teams to deliver exceptional content.
• Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
• Edit videos using industry-standard software while ensuring excellent visual and audio quality.
• Stay up to date with video production trends, techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic agency environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in video production and editing, preferably in a creative or advertising agency.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.
• Experience with camera operation, lighting, sound, and post-production workflows.
• Strong creative storytelling and visual composition skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and project management abilities.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
