We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Community Security Coordinator (Commandant)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate vigilante operations
• Supervise zonal commanders and patrol teams
• Interface with Police, Military & Local Authorities
• Ensure discipline, neutrality & professionalism
• Coordinate intelligence and emergency response

Requirements

• Proven leadership background (Military, Police, Security, Community Leadership, Civil Service, etc.)
• Clean integrity record (No criminal history, cultism, drug abuse or violence)
• Widely respected and community-accepted
• Neutral in political, clan, land or religious matters
• Strong communication & conflict resolution skills
• Physically and mentally fit
• Two (2) stakeholder endorsements required.

Salary
N80,000 per month.
