Job Summary

• HASED is recruiting on behalf of Panpet Global Enterprise, a fast-growing food and beverage manufacturing company preparing to commence commercial operations.
• As part of our expansion and commitment to building a world-class manufacturing operation, we are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Finance & Accounts Manager to lead the company's finance function and support strategic business growth.

About the Role

• The Finance & Accounts Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the financial activities of the company.
• The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, cost accounting, treasury management, payroll, taxation, internal controls, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance while providing strategic financial advice to executive management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance and Accounts Department.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage cash flow and working capital.
• Implement strong financial controls and risk management systems.
• Oversee cost accounting and product costing for bottled water, sachet water, bread, plantain chips, chin chin, and other food products.
• Supervise payroll processing and statutory remittances.
• Ensure compliance with tax, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Provide financial analysis and management reports to support decision-making.
• Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, HR, and Sales teams to improve financial performance.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ICAN (ACA), ACCA, or ANAN will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or production environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, payroll administration, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.

Salary
N2,400,000 annually.
