Job Description
Sales Executive:
Share structured market feedback with the Sales Lead and Digital Marketing team to inform strategy and campaign direction.
Collaborate with external realtors, agents, and brokers to grow Regent's referral network and expand market reach.
Documentation and Transaction Management:
Prepare and manage all sales documentation including reservation forms, offer letters, and purchase agreements, in line with company standards and in coordination with external legal counsel where required.
Follow up diligently with clients on payment schedules, milestones, and contractual obligations to ensure clean and timely transaction completion.
Handle all client information, property details, pricing, and transaction data with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Reporting and Performance:
Submit timely weekly and monthly reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and deal progress to the Sales Lead and CEO.
Track personal performance against targets and proactively flag gaps with proposed corrective actions.
Continuously evaluate and improve conversion strategies to increase sales efficiency and revenue contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Promote and sellReal Estate's premium residential developments, consistently meeting and exceeding assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured networking, referrals, cold outreach, and walk-in conversions.
Convert inbound and outbound leads from digital campaigns, direct enquiries, and referrals into confirmed property sales.
Build and actively manage a robust pipeline of qualified buyers and investors using the company's CRM system.
Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and generate referrals within the current portfolio.
Investor and Off-Plan Sales:
Actively promote off-plan residential developments to investors and prospective buyers, clearly articulating payment plans, project timelines, and delivery standards.
Build and sustain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and corporate buyers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Represent the companyat investor briefings, roadshows, and property exhibitions.
Present the financial case for each development clearly and credibly, including projected yields, capital appreciation potential, and payment structure, to support confident and informed investment decisions.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive loyalty, referrals, and repeat transactions.
Conduct structured needs assessments to understand each client's goals, financial capacity, and investment objectives, and recommend the most suitable property options accordingly.
Maintain proactive, consistent follow-up routines with prospects at every stage of the pipeline.
Coordinate with the Client Relations Team to ensure seamless post-sale onboarding and a high standard of after-sales service.
Property Presentation and Site Engagement:
Conduct professional property presentations, investment briefings, and project tours for prospective clients.
Organise and coordinate property inspections and site visits, liaising with the Project Manager on readiness and logistics.
Ensure every client fully understands property specifications, pricing, payment plans, and the full purchase process before committing.
Market Intelligence and Business Development:
Monitor real estate market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity in the premium residential segment on an ongoing basis.Regent Real Estate Limited.

N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
