Job Title: Call Center Agent (Telesales Representative)

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company services while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, BSC or equivalent qualification.
• Must possess an android phone of at least 3GB RAM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency.
• Previous call center, telesales, or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
