We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer - Agro Farm

Location: Elele, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, and employee welfare.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and workplace safety standards.
• Support workforce planning and HR operations to improve productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Agricultural Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
• Experience in agriculture is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, and Nigerian Labour Laws.
• Professional HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) will be an added advantage.
• Must be willing to relocate and work full-time in Elele, Rivers State.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
