They are part of UFlex Ltd., a major player in the flexible packaging industry, offering advanced packaging films and catering to global demands from their strategically located plants.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant (P.A) to the Managing Director (Female)

Location: Victoria Isaland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Oversee the day to day activities of the MD by arranging for:
  • Tea
  • Coffee
  • Lunch.
  • Refreshment for the MD and his guests.
• Ensuring the MD’s office is clean and tidy.
• Sending Goggle / Zoom invites as per requirement.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 8 years experience.
• Have a basic computer knowledge.
• Pleasing Personality.
• Have knowledge on Microsoft word and Excel.
• Good IQ and communication
• Good command of English
• Good character, attitude and energetic.
