Job Title: Medical Laboratory Marketer / Business Development Officer

About the Role

• Agape Laboratories Services is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Medical Laboratory Marketer.
• In this role, you will be the face of our laboratory, responsible for driving business growth by building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, private physicians, corporate organizations, and the general public.
• Your primary goal will be to promote our high-quality diagnostic services, increase referral volumes, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales:

• Identify and pitch diagnostic services to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate clients to secure new referral partnerships.
• Regularly visit healthcare facilities and clinicians to maintain existing partnerships and build new ones.
• Present the laboratory's specialized testing profiles, health screening packages, and competitive pricing models to prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/referral targets.

Market Research & Strategy:

• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities.
• Gather feedback from doctors and clients to help the lab improve its services and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing and executing health outreach programs, medical seminars, and community health screenings.

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary liaison between the laboratory and referring clinicians, handling feedback, complaints, and service inquiries promptly.
• Distribute promotional materials, test directories, and marketing brochures to target clients.
• Ensure excellent client retention through regular follow-ups and top-tier customer service.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 - 10 years of proven experience in medical marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare business development.
• Existing networks and established relationships with doctors, hospitals, and medical practitioners within the region are highly advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, manage a field schedule effectively, and meet tight targets.
• Basic digital marketing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of integrity, persistence, and emotional intelligence.

• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

What We Offer (Remuneration)

• Salary: N250,000 and above Monthly base salary + attractive performance-based commissions/incentives.
• Transport allowance / mobility support for field operations.
