Job Title: Certified Rigger (Piling & Heacy Lifting Operations)

About the Opportunity

• We are seeking highly experienced Certified Riggers to support the safe execution of complex piling and heavy lifting operations across multiple project sites.
• This is a specialist role for professionals who understand that every successful lift depends on precision, planning, teamwork, and uncompromising safety.
• If your experience is limited to general construction rigging, this opportunity is not for you.
• Having a Valid Swimming Pass is also an added advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Execute safe rigging operations for piling rigs, crawler cranes, and heavy lifting equipment
• Rig, inspect, and secure loads in accordance with approved lifting plans
• Assist in the mobilization, erection, dismantling, and relocation of piling rigs
• Work closely with crane operators, lifting supervisors, and site engineers during lifting operations
• Inspect slings, shackles, wire ropes, spreader beams, lifting chains, and other lifting accessories before use
• Ensure compliance with lifting procedures, load charts, and international safety standards
• Maintain clear communication during lifting operations using approved hand signals and radio communication
• Immediately identify and report unsafe lifting conditions or defective lifting equipment

The Ideal Candidate

• Valid IADC Rigging Certification or other internationally recognized rigging/lifting certification (Mandatory)
• Minimum of 5 years' practical rigging experience on Piling and Deep Foundation Projects
• Only Experienced Piling Riggers Need Apply.
• Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience working on Junttan, Bauer, Soilmec, Casagrande, Liebherr, or similar piling rigs.
• Examples include certifications from recognized organizations such as:
  • IADC
  • OPITO
  • LEEA
  • NCCCO (or equivalent)
  • Other internationally recognized rigging and lifting competency providers
• Proven experience working with:
  • Rotary Piling Rigs
  • CFA Piling Rigs
  • Junttan Piling Rigs
  • Crawler Cranes
  • Vibratory Hammers
  • Diesel & Hydraulic Impact Hammers
  • Heavy Lifting Equipment
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Rigging plans
  • Load calculations
  • Safe lifting practices
  • Crane signaling
  • Lifting gear inspection
  • HSE procedures
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in demanding construction environments.

Who Should Not Apply:

• Candidates without internationally recognized rigging certification
• Riggers whose experience is limited to building construction or warehouse operations
• Applicants without direct experience working on piling projects
• Candidates without practical experience working with crawler cranes, piling rigs, and heavy lifting operations.
