Job Title: Digital Marketing & Brand Communications Executive
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, highly organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Brand Communications Executive to strengthen our digital presence and support lead generation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong graphic design capabilities using Figma, hands-on experience in website content editing, expertise in email marketing and newsletter management, and proven ability to manage corporate social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving audience engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Design & Brand Management:
Design high-quality digital marketing assets using Figma.
Create social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, email templates, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all visual communications comply with the company's brand identity and guidelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce engaging marketing collateral.
Website Management:
Update and edit website content regularly.
Upload blog articles, company news, case studies, and service information.
Ensure website content remains accurate, current, and SEO-friendly.
Work closely with developers when technical updates are required.
Email Marketing & Newsletter Management:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
Design and distribute newsletters to clients, prospects, and stakeholders.
Maintain and segment email databases.
Monitor email campaign performance, including:
Open Rates
Click-Through Rates (CTR)
Conversion Rates
Bounce Rates
Optimize campaigns based on performance analytics.
Social Media Management:
Manage the organization's LinkedIn page as the primary social platform.
Develop and implement a monthly content calendar.
Create engaging posts to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Respond to comments and messages professionally.
Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
Support the management of other social media platforms where required.
Content Development:
Write compelling marketing copy for:
LinkedIn posts
Website pages
Email campaigns
Newsletters
Promotional materials
Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor digital marketing performance using relevant analytics tools.
Prepare monthly reports covering:
Website traffic
Email campaign performance
Social media engagement
Lead generation metrics
Recommend improvements based on campaign performance.
Brand Promotion:
Support digital campaigns that promote company products and services.
Coordinate online promotional activities.
Identify opportunities to improve online visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing or Brand Communications.
Relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
Website editing and content management experience.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar).
LinkedIn marketing and management.
Social media management tools.
Basic understanding of SEO.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Google Analytics (preferred).
Preferred Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should be:
Highly creative with a strong eye for design.
Experienced in Figma and website content editing.
Skilled in email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
Passionate about digital storytelling and brand building.
Proactive, innovative, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
