We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Used Phones Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Used Phones Sales Representatives to join its sales team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pre-owned smartphones, providing exceptional customer service, building lasting customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the mobile phone market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell used smartphones to walk-in and online customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting devices that suit their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Explain device specifications, condition, pricing, warranty, and available promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory.
  • Inspect and verify the condition of used devices before display or sale.
  • Ensure products are properly displayed and the sales environment remains clean and organized.
  • Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and after-sales issues professionally.
  • Stay updated on smartphone brands, specifications, pricing, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Support device trade-ins and advise customers on available upgrade options.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE/WAEC/NECO, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous experience in used phone sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of smartphone brands, models, features, and specifications.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic inventory management and record-keeping skills.
  • Must be trustworthy, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to use smartphones and basic computer applications effectively.
