We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admininistrative Coordinator

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Administrative Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office and ensure a conducive, efficient, and well-maintained work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Manage office records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, utility providers, and building management to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
  • Ensure the availability and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, and work tools.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement and inventory management.
  • Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives within the administrative function.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
  • Address administrative issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.
  • Prepare administrative reports as required.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years' experience in an administrative coordination, office administration, or facilities administration role.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary
 N250,000 - N300,000 / Monthly
