We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Analyst & Planner

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Purpose / Objective

• To provide analytical, planning, reporting, and administrative support for fuel operations by managing fuel
• consumption data, budgeting, reporting, SAP planning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collate endurance data from all Renaissance locations daily
• Publish daily fuel corporate report for management information for all Renaissance locations.
• Prepare monthly stock report for all receipt, issues for management information.
• Prepare weekly fuel Business continuity plan presentation for Renaissance LT meeting
• Analyse fuel budget and spend using the monthly transaction listing download
• Facilitate bi-weekly cadence meetings for supply base manager
• Analyse monthly fuel budget performance using data from the planning team
• Perform planner role for fuels team and supply base – scheduled maintenance activities roll out on SAP
• Perform document controller activities and act as focal point for all MFE/ERP/GEMBA actions driving to closure.
• Prepare monthly charge back to customers account for all issued within the month.
• Support the implementation of fuel Improvement Initiatives
• Carry out HSE capability assessments for AGO vendors
• Carry out Government Intermediary memo reviews for AGO vendors.

Qualifications

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis or planning.
