Job Title: Call Center Agent

Location: Oniru, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking customer-focused and enthusiastic Contact Centre Agents to deliver exceptional customer service by handling enquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information to customers.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be service-oriented, and be willing to work rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and other approved communication channels.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Meet assigned service quality and productivity targets.
• Adhere to company policies and customer service standards.
• Work efficiently within a rotational shift schedule.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
• Must possess a valid NYSC Certificate.
• English-speaking candidates: 26 years and below.
• Hausa-speaking candidates: 28 years and below.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Good computer literacy.
• Must be willing to work rotational shifts.
