We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Manager

Location: Ilorin, Kwara 

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly organized Administrative Manager to lead and optimize the organization's administrative and operational functions.
  • This role requires a seasoned professional with proven expertise in administration, office systems, team coordination, and process improvement.
  • The ideal candidate must be technology-driven, capable of implementing efficient administrative structures, and confident in managing people, resources, and organizational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all administrative and office operations.
  • Develop, implement, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate organizational activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage office facilities, assets, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Supervise administrative personnel and provide leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and operational updates for management.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and organizational events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive organizational information.
  • Drive operational efficiency through digital tools and process automation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • 4–6 years' relevant experience in administration, office management, or operations management.
  • Demonstrable experience supervising teams and improving organizational processes.
  • Professional certifications in administration, management, or project management are an added advantage.

Technical Requirements:
Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in:

  • Zoho Workplace and/or Zoho One
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Google Workspace
  • Document and records management systems
  • Digital collaboration and communication tools
  • Basic project management and workflow management platforms
  • AI productivity tools

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
