Job Title: Ticketing Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We’re looking for a detail-oriented Ticketing Officer to join a travel company on Lagos Island.
• You’ll be the go-to person for flight bookings, reservations, and customer service, ensuring passengers get smooth and accurate travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international flight bookings, reservations, and ticket issuance using GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
• Attend to walk-in clients, calls, and emails. Advise on fares, routes, schedules, visa/travel requirements
• Handle payment collections, invoicing, and daily sales reconciliation
• Manage changes, cancellations, refunds, and reissues in line with airline policies
• Ensure all travel documents are complete and compliant

Requirements

• OND/HND/BSc in Tourism, Travel Management, or related fields.
• 2 - 4 years experience in ticketing within a travel agency or airline
• Proficiency in GDS systems and MS Office. Knowledge of fare rules and ticketing procedures
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Must be able to work onsite in Lagos Island.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
