Customer Service Officer (Showroom) at Fort Knox Outsourcing

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Showroom)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare quotations and maintain accurate customer records.
• Process petty cash transactions and generate basic reports.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
• Support other administrative and customer service activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years' experience in customer service, front desk, showroom, retail, or another customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas such as SUM, IF, percentage calculations, and other basic financial computations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using spreadsheets for quotations, petty cash, and reporting.

Salary
N230,000 per month.
